I’d love to sell Kitty Meow in my store. How do we make that happen?

Sweet! I’m looking forward to seeing if we’re a good fit. Please fill out the wholesale application form to get the process moving along.

So...I think we’re a good fit, and you agree. Now what?

Congrats! The hardest part is over. I’ll email you a personalized, wholesalers coupon code and you can get to shoppin. Wholesale discount and coupon code only applies to greeting cards, greeting card packs, and art prints.

Does not apply to any personalized stationery or art prints. Orders placed via website are subject to minimum approvals before shipping.

What are your payment terms?

Orders must be paid in full before anything is shipped or processed through a wholesale ordering platform such as Faire or Hello Abound. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

I placed my order...Now when will I have it in my hands?

Ain’t no rest for the wicked, right?! Orders are shipped out at lighenting speeds - usually within 2 business days, sometimes sooner. Then your package should arrive via USPS Priority Mail within 3-4 business days. If there happens to be a set back for any reason that will be communicated ASAP.

Do you have minimums?

Minimums yes...maximums...no ;) There is a $125 opening order minimum, and $100 reorder minimum. I know you’ll fall in love and want to order more next time!

Do you accept returns?

I can’t imagine that you would seriously want to return anything, but if something arrives damaged please reach out asap. I will absolutely replaced damaged items. Please send a pic of the damage so I can file a claim with the mail carrier. If you’re not happy then I’m not happy, and I would love the opportunity to make it right. Returns and exchanges accepted at buyer’s expense with a 15% restocking fee.
